"Moisturizing Thing" is a song by David Byrne, appearing as the ninth track on his 2025 album Who Is the Sky?. This was the first song from the album to be discussed or performed live, with Byrne describing it in a May 2023 conversation with Fred Armisen, John Mulaney, and Alex Timbers. Its debut performance was in January 2024, during Byrne's surprise appearance at Largo in Los Angeles, and featured Armisen on drums. Armisen later played drums again during its second performance in October 2024 at the first Amazing Humans Doing Amazing Things variety show in New York City. It was first played live on the Who Is the Sky? Tour on September 17, 2025.
