Milwaukee is an album by Elliot Murphy released in 1986. It was produced by Jerry Harrison, Murphy's former bandmate, who had also worked on Murphy's previous album Night Lights.[1]

Recording and Production

The album was recorded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from March to April 1986. Murphy wrote that "Jerry was trying to bring my music into that synth drenched decade." [1] It was released through the independent label "EMIS" or the "Elliott Murphy Information Society," which was Murphy's fan club.[2]

Despite Harrison receiving full producer credits on some promotional material, he only produced the songs "Out For The Killing" and "Texas."

Packaging

According to Murphy, the photographer for the cover was a friend of Jerry Harrison. From left to right the people are Jesse Chamberlain, Ernie Brooks, Art Labriola and Elliott Murphy.[1]
