Chris Frantz
Chris Frantz (born May 8, 1951) is an American musician and record producer. He is the drummer for both Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club, both of which he co-founded with wife and Talking Heads bassist, Tina Weymouth.

Early life and education
Career
In 1976, in order to help cover expenses of living in the city, Frantz took a job as a shipping boy with Design/Research, who sold European furniture.[1] By 1979, with the success of Talking Heads, Frantz could no longer continue to work outside of the band, he would be replaced by Thurston Moore, who would later join Sonic Youth.[2]
