Tom Bailey is an American musician and one of the founders of the band The Thompson Twins. Bailey has colaborated with the members of Talking Heads on a number of projects most notably with Jerry Harrison on the Casual Gods album Walk on Water.

Starting in 2021, Bailey would perform a cover of the song "Psycho Killer" at his live shows.[1]
